We are responsible for the whole manufacturing process, and we cherish our people in the same way we take care of our designs. Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal:
We have free standard shipping for purchases over €70. If you do not exceed €70 the cost of shipping is €6.
Andorra:
We have free standard shipping for purchases over €100. If you do not exceed €100, the cost of shipping is €12.
Canary Islands:
Standard shipping is 13€ for all orders. This includes shipping and the IGIC.
Peninsular Spain:
The estimated delivery period is 24/48h working days after sending your order.
Balearics:
The estimated delivery period is 3 to 4 natural days after sending your order.
Portugal:
The estimated delivery period is 3 to 4 natural days after sending your order.
Andorra:
The estimated delivery period is 4 to 7 natural days after sending your order.
Canary Islands:
The estimated delivery time to the Canary Islands is 4 to 7 natural days after the shipment of your order.
Ceuta and Melilla:
We currently do not offer shipping to Ceuta and Melilla.
Don’t worry, the courier will notify you so that you can arrange a new delivery or deliver the package to a pickup point nearby so you can pick it up at your earliest convenience.
As soon as you receive the tracking information, you will be able to enter the SEUR platform and request they drop it off at a pickup point.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an informative email with a SEUR or UPS (Canary Islands) tracking number.
You can track your order directly on their website. If you prefer, you can also track it here, by entering your tracking number or your email and order number.
If you think your package might have gotten lost in transit, you can reach out to us! We will open an investigation with the transport agency and provide a solution as soon as possible.

3. Once you've added all the items to your cart, you can click on "Proceed to checkout".
4. You can log into your account or place the order as a guest! In this case, you will have to enter your contact and delivery information.
5. If you have a discount code, now's the time to use it! Enter it in the box for discounts.
6. Select a payment method: credit card, debit or through PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
7. Verify all the information and confirm your purchase by clicking on “Pay now”.

Our discount codes and vouchers are not cumulative and cannot be applied to any discounted items on our website. This includes the items part of our Honest Sales, as they are already at a discounted price. They can only be applied to full-price items.
If you have an Honest Sales product amongst the items in your shopping cart, and you wish to use the discount code, it will only be applied to full-price items.
Once an order has been processed, there is a small window in which we will be able to make modifications or cancel it. Contact us and we will do so if it is possible!

Definitely! We want you to be happy, so we think that returning has to be easy as buying.
You can return any of our products but keep in mind that the product should be in perfect condition, clean, and unused. You must also return it with all accessories and the original shoebox, and protect it to ensure there is no damage to it during shipping. Returns that aren't in this condition will not be accepted.
You can also request an exchange for your purchase, completely free of charge, on our return platform. Keep in mind that no exchanges are allowed on Honest Sales products due to limited stock. The product must also be returned in perfect condition, clean and unused and with all original accessories.
If you wish to return the exchanged product, we will deduct €5.00 from the refund.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your order.
